Our SUP lessons/tours are a a great way to view the area as well as being good fun and great exercise. Our SUP lessons/tours take place every day from May to September in flat water around Bundoran bay or Mullaghmore so ideal for beginners. Our instructors will be with you at all times to provide instruction.

Cost for a session is €45pp with all equipment included. Times change each day depending on the tide so call the shop on 071-9841968 or email info@bundoransurfco.com.

You will need to meet us at the start point and we will have boards and wetsuits with us. See below for further information on routes.The tours/lessons are mobile so we go to the best location each day.

Additional info

We tailor SUP tours depending on the weather conditions and what you want but we have 3 main routes:
1.We can launch from the harbour in Bundoran and SUP over to the Peak. You will be able to check out the reef on a calm, clear day. We then glide past inside left and 3D and over to the diving boards where we can do a few jumps off the diving boards.

2. Tour 2 involves the Rougey paddle. We launch at Main beach and paddle around the Rougey Cliffs to Tullan strand. You can check out the caves and cliffs on the way and Tullan always has a sneaky wave on the smallest of days so we can go for a quick splash.

Depending on fitness we can do return journeys or organise a pick up so you only have to do one way.

3. Mullaghmore paddle. We head from Mullaghmore harbour and beach which is only 10 minutes drive from Bundoran. Mullaghmore is protected from winds and offers stunning views of the Dartry mountains.
