Family surf and stay

We have great deals available for families who would like to explore the North West and try surfing. These packages are open to complete beginners as well as those with experience. With more people taking a staycation this year, Bundoran is the perfect place

We can tailor packages to family needs with a variety of options. We have family rooms in our surf lodge that can sleep 4-6 or for more space and privacy we have self catering units that can sleep from 4 to 14 with private lounge and kitchens. Self Catering info here

Monday to Friday we have a kids camp that runs for 5 days for €99per child (8-16) or the family can surf together as a group. The surf camp is for kids only, but if families would like to  to surf together they can do so in the open sessions which run several times per day.

Family 2 night package

2 nights in self catering/ surf lodge for 2 adults and 2 kids with 2 Surf lessons for family from €480

There is plenty of non surf activities to do for any non surfers in the group. There are lots of walks and golf courses close by. Bundoran is also a great hub for exploring the North West with lots of trips and adventures close by. Sligo is only 30 minutes away with the Gleniff horse shoe, Mullaghmore and Streedagh all within 15 minutes drive. To the North Donegal has some amazing landscapes and a national park to discover, while Fermanagh is only 20 minutes drive to the east.

There are also lots of other things to do in Bundoran such as multi screen cinema, fair ground rides, pitch and putt, bowling and cliff jumping, all within walking distance of the lodge. The bus stop is right outside our door.

Covid Info:

We are currently not providing changing rooms or transport to and from the beach;
It is advisable to arrive with your swimsuit already on;
If you have your own wetsuit then best to arrive in your wetsuit and have dry clothes and towel in a bag – bag storage at both beaches;
We are not providing wetsuit boots and they are not needed in the water – bring your own or wear a pair of old shoes or sandals to walk to the beach;
We have hand sanitizer and tissues/bins at both locations;
All wetsuits and boots are washed in antibacterial wetsuit solution and milton after each use;
Boards are washed down with soap and water after each use;
Instructors are following official physical distancing guidelines on land and in the water;
Post surf hot drinks and biscuits (drink from flask served in disposable cups and individually wrapped biscuits)
Parents need to be on time to collect children after the session to help them get changed.
If you are displaying any Covid 19 symptoms (new cough, high temperature) or have had contact with a confirmed case please cancel your lessons and do not attend – call your GP for advice.
