Our Surf Yoga weekends will be running monthly from March. Our first weekend is during the St Patrick’s weekend of 14th-17th March (can arrive Friday or Saturday). The weekend will be hosted by surf co regular Simona of @eatdancebreathe
Simona will also be hoisting Surf and Yoga weekends on April 11th and May 16th at Bundoran Surf Co.
We have 2 night surf and stay packages available from €160pps. This includes 2 surf lessons with equipment and instruction, 2 yoga lessons and 2 nights stay in the surf lodge in shared bunk rooms. We also have private room options available at extra cost. The weekends are all about having fun while combining surfing and yoga. No experience is necessary but we can tailor packages to those who do. It’s open to Individuals and groups. We also have the option of return bus transfers from Dublin for €40.
The Yoga classes are based on a traditional system (poses, breathwork, meditation) and designed to complement your surfing lessons.
What to bring:
-Yoga mat, a small bottle of water, cardigan and socks to wear during relaxation

- Please arrive 10mins before the class starting time, to set up your mat in the studio
- We recommend eating your last meal 2 hrs before the class
- If you arrive late, you will be allowed into the studio once the opening relaxation has ended (so not to disturb the others)
