We are locating to recruit people to join the Surf Co team for 2020. We are looking for junior and senior surf instructors and lodge caretakers. For those not from the area we have a staff house so we can arrange accommodation.
Surf Instructors
Must have relevant surf instructor/beach lifeguard qualifications and experience preferred but a good attitude to work with a team and good customer service vital. Training can be offered to those who are not qualified but keen.
We have a variety of roles depending on experience with both full time and part time roles postions.
Drivers
We have some roles for Drivers in the summer months with DL licences. The roles are mostly taking crew to the beach and back. Ideally the applicant also has a surf instructor qualification but not essential
Lodge Caretakers
The caretakers role is live in and is mostly looking after the lodge with checkins/breakfasts and some cleaning hours. The role comes with accommodation. Its a great role for those looking to meet people from all over the world. We can also provide board/wetsuit rental and lessons to anyone who is keen to improve their surfing. The role can depend on the person applying so if interested best to email us.
