We are looking for crew to join our team for 2019. Surf co is a great work environment for those that like the outdoors and have a passion for surfing. We have a mixture of part time, free lance and full time positions. The roles can be adapted and while experience is preferred training can be provided. All surf coaches need to be ISA qualified. For those without qualifications the Irish Surfing Association have a 7 day course starting in April 12th 2019. We will also be running a 4 week preparation course for the Surf Instructor qualification for those that want to improve their level.
Surf Instructors
We have a range of roles for surf instructors. All instructors must be ISA approved and will need Garda vetting. Roles range from part time time, full time and free lance.
Senior Surf Instructors
We have roles for surf instructors with lots of industry experience who can teach improver as well as beginner lessons. Ideally they will be ISA level 2 qualified. Again training can be offered to the right candidate.
Drivers
We have positions available for those with a DL mini bus licence. The role will involve transporting clients to and from the beach and organising groups. Ideally the candidate would have surf experience and also have a level 1 surf instructor qualification.
