Get out of the white water and start surfing green waves
Bundoran Surf Co, is running lots of Improver Surf Weekends and one day courses in 2017.
Improver lessons are aimed at those who can pop up regularly on a hard board but are looking at progressing their surfing. Aimed at those who are looking to surf more green waves, starting turns, surf different locations and thinking of trying out different boards etc.
We have a mixture of one day courses and full weekends.
The weekends are aimed at people who have surfed before and are now trying to get out behind the white water and start surfing unbroken waves. The course focuses on improver techniques such as pop up, paddling technique, turning, trimming and reading of conditions and waves. Intensive coaching will be provided by experienced level 2 instructors from Bundoran Surf Co and Alan from Surf Fit Ireland. Class size is limited to 6 max to ensure a high level of personal instruction.

Saturday:
Surf Assessment, Goal Setting and Weekend surf plan based upon conditions
Warm up session
Surf session 1 with instruction
Post Session Assessment
Surf Session 2 with Video Analysis
Post session review and video review
Sunday:
Warm up session and goals setting following Video analysis
Surf Session 3 with instruction
Post session review and goals setting for the future
Please note, places for this weekend are limited to ensure the highest quality of instruction and personalised coaching.
Bundoran Surf Co. will be able to provide a range of hard boards for those wishing to progress their skills on a hard board or something shorter from their large selection of boards available to suit all skill levels.

Accommodation is available in Bundoran Surf Lodge from €20pps per night in a dorm room or €25pps per night for a private room based upon 2 sharing. Prices includes breakfast and there is a full kitchen for your use.
