Surf and yoga

Catch some waves, meet new people, relax and unwind with our surf and yoga weekends. The weekends encourage deep breathing and dynamic stretching, as well as strengthening the core.

We also aim to improve your surfing skills and flexiblity, and relax your body and mind. Perfect for those looking to get fit in the new year. We have teamed up with Erin from Mind Full of Yoga.

The weekend consists of meeting up on Friday night at approx 10pm for tea and a chat about the weekend. On Saturday we normally have a yoga session in the morning, followed by a surf session in the afternoon.

Times can change depending on the surf. On Sunday you can choose to do either a yoga session or a surf lesson, or both.
